Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice a baguette into rounds and arrange on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  2. In a food processor, combine crumbled feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. In a small bowl, mix hot honey with a pinch of chili flakes. Stir well to combine and set aside.
  4. Spread the whipped feta mixture generously on each crostini. Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle extra chili flakes.
  5. Serve immediately on a platter while the crostini are warm and crispy.
