For the Smoothie
  • 3.75 oz Death Wish Coffee or any strong coffee
  • 1.5 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Perfect Keto MCT Oil or coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds optional for thickness
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream or non-dairy creamer
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract recommended for enhanced flavor
  • 1/8 tsp Stevia adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew 12 oz of strong Death Wish Coffee and freeze it in an ice cube tray for at least 4 hours.
  2. Measure out the other ingredients: 1.5 cups of almond milk, 1 tbsp of MCT oil, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and stevia.
  3. In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen coffee cubes, almond milk, MCT oil, chia seeds, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and stevia. Secure the lid.
  4. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until creamy and frothy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, then blend briefly to combine.
  6. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
