Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Gradually add 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk to the creamed butter, mixing on medium speed for another 2 minutes.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl with a spatula, then beat the mixture for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients.
  5. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form small mounds of dough and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Allow snowballs to cool for about 30 minutes at room temperature, then dust generously with confectioners' sugar.
