Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

- In a large bowl, pour in your Chex cereal and set aside.

- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and corn syrup together, stirring constantly until it boils for about 4-6 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

- Pour the hot toffee mixture over the Chex cereal and fold until evenly coated.

- Spread the coated mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

- Allow the mix to cool completely on the baking sheet, then break into clusters and store in airtight containers.
