  • 2 tbsp Honey use maple syrup for vegan alternative
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger grated
  • 0.5 tsp Red Chili Flakes optional
For the Chicken
  • 1 lb Chicken cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
For Cooking
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil or olive oil or sesame oil
  • 8 oz Noodles rice or egg noodles
For Garnish
  • 2 Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and red chili flakes until fully blended. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated. Let them sit for a few minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 6–8 minutes.
  2. Pour the sauce over the chicken, stir gently, and let simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Prepare noodles according to package instructions, then drain and drizzle with oil.
  4. Add cooked noodles to the skillet with chicken and sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
