- In a large bowl, toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated. Let them sit for a few minutes.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 6–8 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, stir gently, and let simmer for 1–2 minutes.
- Prepare noodles according to package instructions, then drain and drizzle with oil.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet with chicken and sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Remove from heat, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
