Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of water over high heat. Once boiling, add noodles and cook according to package instructions, typically 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey or maple syrup. Whisk smoothly for about 2-3 minutes, adding warm water if too thick.
  3. Transfer the cooled noodles to a mixing bowl and pour the peanut sauce over them. Toss gently for about 1-2 minutes until evenly coated.
  4. Stir in the chopped green onions and chopped peanuts. Mix for another minute, adding any leftover veggies if desired.
  5. Scoop the noodles into serving bowls and garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy warm or chilled.
