Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the basmati rice according to package instructions for 15-20 minutes. Fluff and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms for 5-7 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce and beef broth to the skillet, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the beef mixture, cover and cook for 1-2 minutes until melted.
  6. Assemble by dividing rice among containers and topping with beef mixture.
