Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken breasts with Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the skillet and add oil and butter, then sauté the onions and bell peppers for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning and cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Increase the heat, add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat, assemble with chicken and vegetables, and top with provolone cheese, cover until melted.
  6. Spread garlic mayo or butter inside rolls, fill with the cheesy mixture, and serve hot.
