Preparation Steps
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, unflavored protein powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until uniform.
- Add Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces, roll into balls, and flatten them into small discs.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese into the center of each disc, fold edges over, and pinch to seal.
- If using, brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
- Place bagel bites in the air fryer and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
