Cooking Steps

  4. Stuff the mixture into each prepared bell pepper, packing it gently to the top.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each stuffed pepper.
  6. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
