  • 2 cups Hulled Strawberries can substitute with raspberries or blueberries
  • 1 cup Pecans can substitute with almonds or cashews
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion optional
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a blender, combine hulled strawberries, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and ground pepper. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
