- In a large mixing bowl, add the strawberry Jello gelatin. Pour in 1 cup of boiling water, whisking vigorously for about two minutes until the gelatin completely dissolves.
- Once the gelatin is fully dissolved, gently stir in 1 cup of Greek yogurt.
- Next, incorporate 1/2 cup of cold water into the creamy mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- Carefully pour the jello mixture into 8 individual serving dishes or a medium-sized serving bowl.
- Cover the filled dishes and place them in the refrigerator. Allow the jello to chill for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
- Before serving, optionally top with whipped cream or Cool Whip and add fresh strawberries for garnish.
