Step-by-Step Instructions for Greek Yogurt Pizza Dough
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking equipment.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Optionally mix in garlic powder.
  3. Add Greek yogurt to the dry mixture and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Flour your countertop, turn out the dough, knead slightly, and flatten to fit your skillet or tray.
  5. Transfer to a greased skillet or tray and pre-bake for about 10 minutes.
