- In a small bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried oregano. Mix well.
- Spray a large non-stick pan with oil and heat over medium-high. Add lean ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until browned, about 5 minutes.
