For the Wraps
  • 4 pieces Flour Tortilla Wraps corn tortillas for gluten-free

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried oregano. Mix well.
  2. Spray a large non-stick pan with oil and heat over medium-high. Add lean ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in coarsely chopped pepperoni and the spice mixture. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Mix in crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, stir well and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Lay out flour tortilla wraps. Divide the beef and pepperoni filling among the wraps, top with mozzarella cheese and drizzle with sauce. Wrap tightly.
  6. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place rolls seam-side down, spray lightly with oil, and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
