Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Warm 1 cup of whole milk until lukewarm. Sprinkle yeast over it and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt, then gradually mix in the yeast mixture until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth, then let rise for 1-2 hours.
  4. Meanwhile, mix filling ingredients and prepare the filling.
  5. After rising, roll the dough out into a rectangle. Spread softened butter and sprinkle the filling over it.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 equal pieces. Arrange in a greased baking pan.
  7. Allow the rolls to rise for another 15-20 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F.
  8. Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly in the pan.
  9. For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla, adjusting consistency with milk.
  10. Drizzle frosting over warm rolls and serve.
