Preparation Instructions

  4. Transfer kneaded dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour.
  5. Gently punch down the dough and transfer to a lightly oiled baking pan. Create dimples and drizzle olive oil.
  6. Cover loosely with a towel and let rise for an additional 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before serving.
