- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and honey. Stir gently until bubbly.
- Gradually add flour and salt, stirring until a shaggy dough forms. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth. Dust the surface lightly with flour if needed.
- Transfer kneaded dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour.
- Gently punch down the dough and transfer to a lightly oiled baking pan. Create dimples and drizzle olive oil.
- Cover loosely with a towel and let rise for an additional 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before serving.
