Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out strips of bacon. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
  2. Remove bacon and let it cool on paper towels. Chop the cooled bacon and mix with goat cheese using a fork until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and mold into a log shape, about 12 inches long. Wrap tightly with parchment.
  4. Chill log in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Optionally, toast your crostini until golden.
  5. Remove the log from the fridge, unwrap, and drizzle hot honey over the top before serving.
  6. Slice the log into thick pieces and serve with crostini for dipping.
