For the Base
  • 24 pieces Ladyfingers or sponge cake
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder for dusting
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts (Pistachios/Almonds) optional
  • Edible Flowers optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Kulfi Tiramisu
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy whipping cream, milk, and kulfi essence. Whip until fluffy and smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool. Quickly dip ladyfingers into the coffee for 1-2 seconds and place in a serving dish.
  3. Spread half of the creamy kulfi mixture over the ladyfingers.
  4. Repeat layering with another layer of ladyfingers followed by the remaining cream mixture. Smooth the top layer.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Dust with cocoa powder, sprinkle with nuts and add edible flowers before serving.
