- In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, and minced garlic. Add oregano, salt, pepper, and cumin if desired. Whisk until smooth.
- Coat chicken tenders in the marinade, ensuring they're fully covered. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 4 to 8 hours.
- Preheat your grill, oven, or skillet. Grill to medium-high heat, or bake at 400°F and prepare a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken tenders: grill for 3-4 minutes per side, sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, or bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Allow cooked tenders to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or dill.
