  • 2.5 teaspoons Quick Yeast Allows for faster rising.
  • 1.33 cups Warm Water Aim for about 110°F.
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary, diced Dried rosemary can be used as a substitute.
  • 3 cloves Garlic, diced Fresh garlic is best.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, yeast, garlic, and rosemary. Gradually stir in warm water until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for about 60 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  3. Turn the risen dough onto a floured parchment paper and shape it into a round ball. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 450°F with the Dutch oven inside to ensure it is hot for baking.
  5. Once the pot is hot, lift the dough using the parchment and place it inside the Dutch oven, scoring the top with a knife.
  6. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
