Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with marinara sauce.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add one tablespoon of olive oil and let it warm. Sauté garlic, onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms for about 5 minutes.
- Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked spinach and 1 cup of marinara sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill each cannelloni shell with the beef mixture.
- Arrange filled cannelloni in the baking dish and pour remaining marinara sauce over them. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.
