Step-by-Step Instructions for Date Overnight Oats
  1. Pit and chop 4 Medjool dates into small pieces. Blend with 1/4 cup of milk until smooth.
  2. In two jars, divide 1 cup of oats and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/8 teaspoon salt to each jar.
  3. Pour date paste into each jar, then add 1.75 cups of milk. Stir in honey if desired.
  4. Seal jars and shake well to combine. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
