- Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
- Add 1 pound of large shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
