- Start by heating a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey or chicken, garlic powder, and oregano, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat with mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni, and marinara sauce. Stir until well-blended.
- Place about 1/4 cup of the filling mixture in the center of each tortilla. Fold in sides and roll up tightly.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Brush each filled tortilla with olive oil or egg wash.
- Cook in air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Alternatively, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes.
