  • 4 oz Turkey Pepperoni or plant-based pepperoni for a meat-free version
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce No Sugar Added
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 spray Olive Oil Spray or Egg Wash for crispy outer layer

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by heating a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey or chicken, garlic powder, and oregano, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat with mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni, and marinara sauce. Stir until well-blended.
  3. Place about 1/4 cup of the filling mixture in the center of each tortilla. Fold in sides and roll up tightly.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Brush each filled tortilla with olive oil or egg wash.
  5. Cook in air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Alternatively, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Allow rolls to cool for a few minutes before serving with marinara sauce.
