- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your workspace and gather ingredients.
- Place the chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound them to about ½ inch thick. Season with salt and pepper.
- Layer two slices of Swiss cheese and two to three slices of ham on each chicken breast. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.

- Dip the chicken rolls into the binding mixture and roll in the panko breadcrumbs.
