Method
 

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Pour in the milk and sprinkle with chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan, or shape it freehand on a baking sheet, forming a compact loaf with an even thickness.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the shaped loaf in the center and bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  4. For added flavor, brush the top of the meatloaf with melted garlic butter or marinara sauce during the last 10 minutes of baking.
  5. Once baked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
