- Trim off the ends of each green bean and rinse them under cold water. Ensure they are dry before sautéing.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Allow the oil to heat for about 30 seconds.
- Add the unsalted butter to the skillet and let it melt until it bubbles.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until lightly golden, stirring continuously.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender and golden brown.
