Method
 

Dough Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, olive oil, warm water, and active dry yeast. Stir until a soft dough forms.
  2. Knead the mixture for about 10 minutes until it feels smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour.
Filling Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add seasoned ground beef. Sauté for about 6-8 minutes until fully cooked.
  2. Stir in diced veggies if desired, then mix in cheese once cooled slightly.
Shaping and Baking
  1. Punch down the risen dough, roll it out and cut into portions. Fill with beef mixture and shape rolls.
  2. Arrange rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F, bake for 20-25 minutes until golden-brown, then cool before serving.
