Dough Preparation

- Knead the mixture for about 10 minutes until it feels smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour.
Filling Preparation
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add seasoned ground beef. Sauté for about 6-8 minutes until fully cooked.
- Stir in diced veggies if desired, then mix in cheese once cooled slightly.
Shaping and Baking
- Punch down the risen dough, roll it out and cut into portions. Fill with beef mixture and shape rolls.
- Arrange rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F, bake for 20-25 minutes until golden-brown, then cool before serving.
