- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and drain the hash browns using a clean kitchen towel.
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil and press two tablespoons of hash browns into each cup to form baskets.

- Remove from the oven and crack an egg into the center of each basket, adding optional toppings if desired.
