Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1.5 teaspoons ground cumin, 1 teaspoon paprika, 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder, 0.5 teaspoon onion powder, 0.25 teaspoon salt, and 0.125 teaspoon black pepper. Stir well until all spices are evenly mixed.
  2. Cut chicken breast into thin strips and sprinkle the seasoning over it. Toss until fully coated.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat, then add the seasoned chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add sliced onion and peppers, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
