Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the egg whites and egg yolks into two bowls, ensuring no yolk slips into the whites.
  3. Whip the egg whites with cream of tartar on high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Mix the egg yolks with softened cream cheese and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  5. Gently fold a third of the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture without deflating the whites.
  6. Divide the batter into separate bowls for coloring, adding gel food coloring to each and mixing gently.
  7. Dollop the colored batters into the loaf pan, alternating hues to create swirls.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and springy to the touch.
  9. Let the loaf cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
