Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and peel chosen fruits, then chop into smaller pieces. Blend in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add honey and lemon juice to the fruit purée and blend until fully incorporated.
  3. Transfer purée to a saucepan and simmer on low for 15-20 minutes until thickened.
  4. Spread thickened purée on lined baking sheets in an even layer, about 1/8-inch thick.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°F (75°C) for 4-6 hours until dry and no longer sticky.
  6. Cool completely, then cut into strips and roll tightly in parchment paper.
