Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, pour your favorite juice, then sprinkle gelatin over the juice and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Turn on medium-low heat and stir in honey until dissolved, heating for about 3 to 5 minutes without boiling.
  3. Transfer the warm mixture into gummy bear molds using a measuring cup, filling to the brim.
  4. Let sit at room temperature for about 1 hour before transferring to the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
  5. Gently pop the gummies out of the molds and store in an airtight container.
  6. Keep the container in the fridge and consume within 3-4 days.
