Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mixture to adjust sweeteness, adding more honey or syrup if desired.
  3. If using, fold in mini chocolate chips gently with a spatula.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Using a tablespoon or scoop, drop rounded spoonfuls onto the baking sheet, spacing them 1-2 inches apart.
  6. Smooth the tops of each mound with the back of a spoon.
  7. Freeze the bites for at least 2 hours until firm.
  8. Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight container for storage.
