- Taste the mixture to adjust sweeteness, adding more honey or syrup if desired.
- If using, fold in mini chocolate chips gently with a spatula.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a tablespoon or scoop, drop rounded spoonfuls onto the baking sheet, spacing them 1-2 inches apart.
- Smooth the tops of each mound with the back of a spoon.
- Freeze the bites for at least 2 hours until firm.
