Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in increments, stirring until smooth.
  3. Mix together the mixed nuts, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined, then add half of the melted chocolate.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared pan, drizzle remaining melted chocolate on top and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and firm to the touch.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt on top while warm, cool completely, then lift the bars out using the parchment and cut into squares.
