Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add ground meat, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned.
  2. While the meat is cooking, wash and chop lettuce or prepare quinoa or cauliflower rice according to instructions, then fluff with a fork.
  3. Chop cherry tomatoes, thinly slice dill pickles and red onion, and prepare optional toppings. Arrange neatly for assembly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, and paprika. Whisk until smooth; adjust seasoning.
  5. Assemble the bowls by starting with lettuce or grains, then add browned meat followed by veggies and cheese, leaving room for sauce.
  6. Drizzle the sauce over each bowl and consider adding a fried egg or crumbled bacon for extra indulgence.
