Preparation
  1. Blend the filling by combining cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla bean paste in a blender. Blend on medium for 10-15 seconds until smooth.
  2. Prepare the crust by crushing graham crackers in a plastic bag until fine and crumbly.
  3. Layer each jar starting with 1.5 tablespoons of crushed graham crackers, then add about 1/4 cup of the cheesecake filling.
  4. Top each jar with fresh fruit for added flavor and visual appeal.
  5. For a chocolate version, mix cacao powder into the filling before layering.
  6. Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
