- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin.
- Mash the 3 ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until mostly smooth.
- Add 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 large egg, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mashed bananas; mix until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, sift together 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
