- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Carefully separate the prosciutto slices and lay them flat.
- Drain the mozzarella balls to remove excess moisture.
- If desired, cut the mozzarella balls in half for easier wrapping.
- Place a mozzarella ball at the center of each prosciutto slice and wrap it completely.
- In a small skillet, heat olive oil and add oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper for 30 seconds.
- Brush each wrapped bite with the seasoned oil mixture.
- Arrange the wrapped bites on the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Optionally, sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
- Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
