- Prep Ingredients: Slice 2 pounds of chicken breasts into 1-inch strips, and thinly slice the bell peppers and onion. Mince 6 garlic cloves.
- Layer in Crockpot: Pour half of the salsa into the bottom of your slow cooker, then layer half of your sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic over it.
