  3. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with spices. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned vegetables on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast the vegetables for about 25 minutes until golden and tender.
