  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme Can substitute with Italian seasoning.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 415°F (215°C).
  2. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano and thyme. Stir until evenly blended.
  4. Pat skin-on chicken thighs dry with paper towels, loosen the skin gently, and place in the prepared baking dish, skin side down.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the underside of the chicken thighs, then flip them over so the skin side is facing up and season the top.
  6. Dot the tops of the chicken thighs with small pieces of butter or drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Once baked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
