Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the extra-firm tofu by pressing for at least 20 minutes, then cut into uniform 1-2 inch cubes.
  2. Marinate the tofu cubes in dill pickle juice for at least 1 hour.
  3. Coat the marinated tofu with olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the tofu cubes for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve the Dill Pickle Tofu Bites warm, garnished with fresh dill and paired with your favorite dipping sauce.
