- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Wash and quarter the Yukon Gold potatoes and add them to the bowl with the seasoning mixture. Toss to coat.
