  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
For Garnish (Optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  3. Wash and quarter the Yukon Gold potatoes and add them to the bowl with the seasoning mixture. Toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the potato mixture and gently toss again.
  5. Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry the potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Carefully remove the potatoes from the air fryer and optionally garnish with chopped parsley.
