  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Roasted Red Pepper Chop finely
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes Adjust for heat
  • 1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper Tailor to taste
For Garnish
  • 1 cup Whole Green Olives
  • 1 tbsp Drizzle of Olive Oil

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, add the green olives, crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, and extra virgin olive oil. Toss in the minced garlic, freshly grated lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend the mixture for about 30 seconds until smooth but slightly chunky.
  2. Add the finely chopped roasted red pepper, dried oregano, chili flakes, and black pepper. Pulse 2-3 times to mix while keeping some chunks of roasted red pepper for texture.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the top and garnish with whole green olives.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with pita chips, toasted crostini, or colorful raw veggies.
