  • 1/2 cup White Wine Can replace with extra broth.
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Chopped for garnishing.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by warming your broth in a separate saucepan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large pot, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add finely diced onion and sauté until translucent and fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and chopped mushrooms, cook for about 5-7 minutes until softened.
  4. Add 1 cup of Arborio rice, stirring for 2-3 minutes to toast.
  5. Pour in 1/2 cup of white wine, stirring until absorbed.
  6. Gradually add warm broth, one ladleful at a time, stirring frequently, for about 18-20 minutes.
  7. Once creamy, remove from heat, stir in 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
