- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the shredded smoked Gouda and sharp cheddar cheese, along with garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and finely chopped green onions.
- Gently fold in most of the crumbled cooked chicken bacon, reserving a small amount for later.
- Transfer the dip mixture into an oven-safe dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the reserved crumbled chicken bacon over the top. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let the dip cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional chopped green onions or crumbled bacon.
