Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of water, adding salt. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant and golden.
  3. Stir in gochujang paste and warm it for about 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and mix until smooth.
  4. Add drained pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat it in the sauce. Reserve some pasta water.
  5. Cook the pasta and sauce together for 1-2 minutes, adjusting thickness with reserved pasta water if necessary.
  6. Serve in warm plates, garnished with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Enjoy!
