- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in chopped onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat, taking care to keep the crab intact.
- In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
- Spread the crab mixture in the prepared casserole dish and top with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
