Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in chopped onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  4. Gently fold in the lump crab meat, taking care to keep the crab intact.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
  6. Spread the crab mixture in the prepared casserole dish and top with the breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
