Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create cutlets for even cooking.
  3. Whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Marinade the chicken cutlets for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Sauté spinach in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  5. Beat cream cheese until smooth, and fold in sautéed spinach and half of the mozzarella.
  6. Sear marinated chicken quickly in the skillet for added flavor and color.
